I saw some questions being asked on another forum (on Facebook) and then came back and started updating the format here. Those web site links were already listed in the individual Board headings, so you don't ever see that info unless you click on the Subject's master link and see the full listings vertically.
You can see that if you click on this heading on the front page:

I thought it would be more useful and practical to also have the links in a Post out in the Board itself, and when appropriate I may start adding more info to those Sticky Posts and even change the headings - addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, personnel, etc.
This also gives users here an anchor thread from which to add the same info themselves in following Posts.
Anything to make useful info available up front... sometimes change is good!!
