In recent weeks an open complaint letter from Tennis Pro Arthur Hicks to LIAT (Leeward Island Air Transport) found its way into the hands of Sir Richard Branson founder of Virgin Airlines.

Sir Richard tweeted the letter to more than 3 million of his followers on Twitter and the letter went viral.
Sir Richard Branson's Tweet "“How to write a complaint letter — read this hilarious note from a frustrated airline passenger.”

LIAT then decided to follow up with a video that challenged Sir Richard (see video on original Post)..

The Leeward Islands Airline Pilots’ Association (LIALPA) issued a statement distancing itself from the online video challenge LIAT issued to Virgin Atlantic owner Sir Richard Branson. The Chairman of LIALPA, Captain Carl Burke says he and his fellow pilots had and want no part in the challenge:

LIAT pulled down the video after severe criticism but by then copies were posted to several other video sites.
